The Process

 

1. Consider what styles you like, which package/s you are interested in, and any other ideas you have for your photo shoot.

2. Send an email to karla@probodyshots.comor call 817-812-2007 with the information from #1 above and a few dates that you will be available for a free consultation appointment.

3. We will contact you to arrange the free consultation appointment at our studio.

4. At the consultation, we will answer all your questions, discuss the best styles and packages to meet your requests, and provide tips and suggestions for making the most of your shoot.

5. After the free consultation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed package cost is required if you choose to secure a shoot date.  This gives you the opportunity to fully understand our services for free before you commit to the deposit and we commit to a mutually agreeable date for your shoot.  If significant, unforeseen circumstances should arise for you, we will reschedule your shoot within 30 days at no additional cost.  If significant, unforeseen circumstances arise for the studio, we will allow you to choose to reschedule your shoot within 30 days at no additional cost or refund your full deposit.

6. On the day of your shoot, please arrive on time!!!  You will have a team of professionals waiting on YOU!  You will meet your Make-Up Artist and Hair Stylist.  Your photo style choices will determine the order in which they create your looks.  The photographer will need to see the colors of the wardrobe items you have brought so he can choose complimentary backgrounds, props, and lighting for the sets.  You are welcome to bring your own music (Zune, I-Pod, CDs, etc).  This day is all about YOU!

7. Your shoot begins with the guidance of your personal Professional Model Assistant (if applicable for your package).  She is a model herself and can assist you with poses, etc.

8. You will have the opportunity to review some of your untouched photos during the process (as time allows) and they will all be uploaded to a secure, private gallery for your review from the comfort of your own home.  During this review, choose the ones you want professionally re-touched.  You will also pay the remainder of your agreed package cost at this time.

9. Send an email to karla@probodyshots.comor call 817-812-2007 with the file numbers of the photos you have chosen to be professionally re-touched and if you would like to order prints, wall calendars, posters, or canvases (some of these may be included in your package price, but you can always order individually as well).

10. You receive the selected photos on a CD and any other ordered items to show to your friends and family…or keep privately with that special someone.
